Every moment is a part of a survivor's journey and we hope this moment will be motivational for you, for your journey of serving your customers, your coworkers, or your family. Speaker 1:ready to go into battle. So here's something that you can do today to be a better leader. So today we're going to talk about honoring your team by knowing them intimately. And I don't mean that in a creepy, weird uncle kind of way. I mean that, that we spend time with these people. They are very important in our lives. They operate our businesses and they do all these things that benefit us. And so what I want you to do is begin to make a chart and I want you to catalog a person's favorite drink or their favorite candy or maybe their favorite movie or anything about them that makes them unique. And then each day set out to reward and honor somebody in their unique way. So somebody likes a double shot espresso with steamed milk, but low fat milk. And a splash of Carmel, that's what I'm going to do. So if that is Andy's like, I'm going to pick a day and come in and have that for Andy, just totally surprise them with that. If I know that somebody likes will ferrell movies, I'm going to find a cheap DVD and bring it in or send them a clip and just thank him by telling him that he is a known person to me. And that's pretty simple. I think we can all do that. And it's actually on the lower cost side of being a great server leader. And that's it. That's it for this moment.
